Davis Advertising worked with Bluestone Bank over the last year to create a new, streamlined and customer-focused web experience that launched in August. The goals of this project were to give their brand a fresh look, transition their website to a new CMS that allowed for more growth, and optimize their user experience to make information about their various accounts more accessible.
Our team of strategists performed an in-depth analysis of the current website and determined where there were gaps in the customer journey. We implemented new navigation and page structure to eliminate these issues with a focus on the different types of banking customers that Bluestone hopes to attract.
Davis’ graphic designers created a clean look utilizing the existing branding of the bank while adding new design elements that were tailored to the website experience. Our copywriters reviewed all of their existing content and developed new educational and keyword rich pieces that helped better explain all that Bluestone has to offer.
Programmers worked to create a new customized CMS solution. Their work included a custom page builder, SEO optimizations, ADA compliance measures and integrations with 3rd party vendors.
