Davis Advertising of 1331 Grafton St. Worcester, MA recently designed and launched a new website for the catering company, Creedon and Co. In addition, Davis has launched Creedon and Co.’s national tent rental company.
With so many beautiful and interesting botanic gardens, Massachusetts was practically crying out for a website to market them to visitors and tourists. Now, thanks to an effort spearheaded by the MetroWest Visitors Bureau—with funding provided in part by the Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism—and a collaboration between ten botanic gardens and Davis Advertising, www.MassBotanicGardens.org is proudly displaying the state’s beauty. The site meets the unique challenge of marketing ten gardens individually as well as the group as a whole with a scrolling slide show on the landing page. Also, each garden enjoys its own dedicated page. Best of all, Davis custom-built a map of Massachusetts, instead of incorporating a service like Google Maps, in order to maintain the site’s aesthetic consistency and to present an uncluttered view of the garden locations. In addition, graphic artists and copywriters at Davis contributed designs and words, respectively, and our resident photographer enhanced images contributed by the ten gardens. Now attracting out-of-state visitors to Massachusetts, a site like this only happens when unique challenges are met with unique thinking.

How a website is used is a key indicator of where customer excitement lives. The Davis ROI Dashboard tracks ad performance based on placements, including click-through, CTR, impressions and more. And, by bringing in a powerful ad server, we can monitor which publications are providing impressions and hold these publishers accountable.
We also monitor phone traffic using trackable phone numbers with caller ID, Google AdWords and landing page clicks on specific call-to-action buttons. Some clients need their phone number to be non-trackable, while others want the phone number to change for remarketing campaigns, and stay changed for the next 90 days. We run with both systems.
