When they came to us in January 2004, they were based in Fitchburg, MA and had 4 additional branches in other nearby towns. The difficulties they presented were numerous and complex, not the least of which was frequently being mistaken for a component of Fidelity Investments. While they had been around for 115 years, the advertising they had done to that point had failed to successfully brand them or aid awareness. In short, they were like a lost tribe roaming the wilderness in dire need of direction, guidance and an identity.

Davis has a long history of successes in the financial arena having faced challenges from numerous banks and credit unions. We came up with a contemporary graphic I.D. and married it to a concept we coined LifeDesign. The inherent promise was predicated on asking smarter questions in order to acquire an in-depth picture of the client’s situation. This would enable the banks' financial designers to develop a comprehensive plan of action, no matter what point the client was at in life. The client was thrilled with the solutions we developed and LifeDesign and LifeDesign for Business has helped assets grow from 300 million to 420 million in 3 short years. And today Fidelity Bank is readying a new branch in Worcester.
