When we first joined with Charles River Bank in 2003, they were known as Medway Co-operative Bank, as they had been for nearly 90 years. Their success and growth since 2003, however, presented them (and us) with an unusual challenge: their name and identity, which had served them well as a small, Medway, MA community bank, was holding them back from expanding confidently into new communities. With a new name (Charles River Bank) in hand, we developed a new logo, new branding, new marketing (print, point-of-purchase, television and radio) and a new website. Almost immediately, Charles River Bank attracted new customers, while retaining their existing clientele. Today, CRB continues to grow, and is opening another branch in Mendon.
